At Smallworks we offer a complete project management service for your home project.
From partial to complete refurbishment to a new build or just an extension.
We act on your behalf between architects and contractors to ensure that you get that professional finish that you require.
You will use us as point of contact throughout the build and we will do all research on all contractors etc that bid for the work. We will then give you a written report and help you choose the winning bid. All work will then be supervised by us and weekly reports on progress and budget will be produced.
You choose how much time we and yourself needs to spend on site. Sometimes you may not dedicate all the time that you need to spend on site. This will cause delays and more cost to your build.
We will have a presence on site at your choice. you may feel that a full time presence is not required or too costly. We can plan a schedule around your requirements.
